Put yeast, sugar and warm water into a medium sized bowl and leave for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, oil and salt.Knead 10 minutes.
Put dough in a greased bowl, grease the top and cover with a tea towel.Leave in warm place or 50 degree Celsius oven for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out and place on greased tray.Cover with tomato paste then toppings.Finish with grated cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 220 C.
